DH ate most of his sushi, and there were 4 pieces left. I ate them at dinner, after I filled up on protein. Being in maintenance, I don't consider small portions of high-carb foods a cheat, so I'll put myself to 23 days.

If anything, I should be doing it more often because of better sleep. :/

On that note, we have an extra cup of rice in the fridge, and I'm going to turn it into chicken fried rice today or tomorrow. It'll have 2 chicken breasts, 2 eggs, and a pile of veggies to "thin out" the rice. That's a big enough carb hit that I'll declare that an off-plan meal.

Those look really good Kristine! I hate when the riceless roles have tempura in them. And it's not that way on the menu. Congrats on #23!

I am MOMD #118.

Yes, that's exactly what happened! The other rolls with tempura, it was specified. Oh well, I liked the salmon sashimi salad roll best, anyway.

I'll put myself at MOMD day 24. I did make the rice, but there was actually less than 2 cups of rice, and I split it into 3 servings. Very egg-and-chicken heavy. Not a bad rare maintenance meal, I guess - I had no residual cravings/hunger and no apparent inflammation. I still won't be going out and buying rice, though.

Hey Daddio! Good to see you!

Thank you Kristine! I'm feeling mighty powerful about this go 'round. ;-)

You inspire me by maintaining the way you do.

I am MOMD #128. The off plan meal included 2 small corn tortillas and a handful of tater tots (dipped in guac).

I got sudden news yesterday that it was my last day of work for the summer. Impulsive party mode took over and I was snacking on everything while disposing of it.

Starting the next streak today. It's so much easier when I'm at home.

Awww Kristine! Fresh start, right?

#131 through yesterday. I had an extremely bad migraine yesterday through today. Trying not to take meds because of my slightly elevated liver enzymes. I tried electrolytes, caffeine, straight-up salt. Nada worked. I wonder if this was a delayed reaction to Wednesdays off-plan food. If so, that should teach me! I still have a bit of a headache.

Yikes - I hope you're 100% again. I'm lucky I've been spared migraines. That can be such a debilitating condition. My dad had them, but luckily pretty rare.

MOMD 3 days.

#132.

Congrats on Day 3!

Thanks Kristine. I still have the migraine although it's down to a dull headache. I took some alieve last night but I've been trying to avoid meds because of my liver enzymes.

MOMD 15 days, but I'm declaring an off-plan meal tonight. DH's company is buying pizza. I don't remember the story why, heh heh. I'll be getting the gluten-free flax crust. Not particularly LC, but filling for sure.
