Default Yet another tasty way to prepare cauliflower

I have not posted here in a long time, but this came out too good to not share.

First, I preheated my oven to 450F. Then I cut up a head of cauliflower into manageable pieces then parcooked them in the microwave for 4 minutes. This went into a mixture of about 1/3 cup olive oil, 2 teaspoons of kosher salt and a teaspoon of Hungarian sweet paprika (the very good kind from Penzeys). I tossed the cauliflower with my hands until it was thoroughly coated and then bakeed it in the oven until the edges were slightly blackened.

Then I ate it with a dollop of sour cream and I was impressed with myself.

It's amazing what people can come up with to do with cauliflower. I'll have to try paprika. Sounds good. Just bought some good Hungarian paprika a couple days ago and fresh cauliflower today. So...guess what I'm making tmr.
