This is my confession!
Last night after nookie with the boy toy, I didn't want to sleep so I put on a movie. Of course I wasn't feeling hungry. Somehow I started eating a small bowl of All Dressed chips. After that, I wasn't satisfied so I toasted a bun and ate it with peanut butter. Then some cheesies and doritos were calling my name. Wow, I thought that since I was off, why not go way off and I had a bowl of soup that I made specially for DH. I ate another piece of Atkins chocolate and one bite off a granola bar and that was it for me. I think that I blame my TOM for this because I'm expecting it to show up some time soon. And the weird thing is, I'm not feeling really sorry for myself because today I don't have any freaky cravings, I feel back to normal and on induction. I think subconsciously my body did this to get out of its plateau. I've been at the same weight for two weeks now. The last time I went off the diet and went back on it, I lost alot of weight. I even checked my keto strip and I was still burning at a level 2. The scale shows I only gained 1 pound. I'm sorry but I'm not dissappointed!
