I tried this and I liked it but it didnt fool my daughter.... She ate some of it but not something I will try to give her in the future. Satisfied my potato fix though!

I have made this about 3 times in the last month! Next to "awesome chicken and broccoli" this is my all time fave lc recipe!

Made this recipe last night. It is going to be a staple in my diet. I felt like I ate a "real" meal for the first time in a while. I usually supplement my meal with green beans, asparagus or a salad, but oh man oh man, this was DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!

I made this for a dinner tonight. Absolutely fab! Had it with roast duck. I added Asiago cheese in with the Romano cheese. Everyone ate seconds and raved about it!
