Heavyhands
Hi All,
I'm new to the board, but a long time advocate of LC and have done very well with exercising on practically no carbs. I'm coming back to very low LC after some years on "moderate" carb levels.
Started a new training cycle with Heavyhands as my main exercise, supplemented with running. I'm in pretty good aerobic shape, but want to lose those last stubborn 10 pounds--for good. I also want to see how little running I can do and still run a half marathon in the spring. All the gory details of my training are on my blog, for those interested (sig line).
