Thumbs up Angie's Original Sticky Buns

This really is the best tasting bread like item I've had on this diet so far. Sorry no carb count, if I recall correctly it was 3.something per muffin.

1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup brown Sugar Twin or 2T brown Sweet-n-Low
1/4 cup maple syrup (I used Cozy Cottage 4g carb per 1/4c)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Stir these together to make the "sticky". Grease muffin tin (makes 18). Spoon sticky into each cup. Sprinkle with walnuts.

1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup Splenda
1/2 cup soy flour
1/2 cup wheat bran
1T Baking Powder
1T vital wheat gluten
3tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup water
2tsp vanilla
2 whole eggs

Mix this all up and spoon on top of the sticky.
Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes.
Remove from pan and invert to cool, so the sticky is on top.

Frosting:
Soften 1/2 cup cream cheese, mix with 1/2 tsp vanilla and Splenda to taste. Drizzle over sticky buns.
