I saw a little bottle of "Sunkist Protein" ~~ a shot of 25g protein (or 42). I had to look it up online because the printing was so tiny, & it's got 1C.

Has anyone tried these? Part of me likes the idea of a sweet treat (berry or orange flavor).

I'd check the sweeteners... aspartame (Nutrasweet) is in everything lately (I have to buy gum from the health food store) and many of them can cause problems.

Also, it might go best with a shot of fat; protein smoothies just make me hungry, all by themselves with no fat.
