I've had my model B since the early 90's... very little maintenance necessary - I replace the seat rollers every year and this winter I replaced the seat, and handle (new ergonomic design). They came out with model c and now model d.... all the same basic principle, but the model D is a vast improvement over the design of model b, and it can be linked to a computer and all sorts of other high tech stuff...

I'm afraid I am going to have to miss a day... I have had the most horrendous cramps in the back of my thighs today... I suspect mowing my yard and rowing 12,000 the same day may have over loaded them... hope a day off will be enough... I was on such a good roll

Thanks Squid and Jim. I'm going to be setting up my home gym sometime after I move, so I'll have to check this one out. I'd like to have a variety of equipment, but only ones I'll *really* use.

I also have a skier, treadmill, and schwinn airdyne.. the airdyne gets used whenever I have messed up my back or need a break from the rower... fortunately i picked the other two up at garage sales.... but they do little other than take up space....

Lisa - I found out that I was already on a team - University of Kansas - I guess I registered when I set up the profile years ago, but hadn't paid any attention to what that meant... unfortunately there is only one other guy at this time - hopefully a few others will join as the year unfolds.

I will probably go for the water bottle/glass ~ 3 million

I've been suffering from the most horrible cramps in the backs of my thighs.... so I did take yesterday off... I am going to try and row a bit tonight, but take it easy.
