A stall is 4 weeks without any loss of weight or reduction of inches. You didn't stall, it was probably a natural weight fluctuation and/or a "pause" in weightloss which many people experience starting around week 3-5. Stick to the plan and you'll start losing again.
That said, I've been doing m&e for just over 3 weeks and I really like it. I drink at least 1 cup of coffee everyday and have the occasional crystal light, diet soda or flavoured water but try to get in as much plain water as possible every day.
The only thing I can suggest is supplements - potassium and calcium/magnesium combo to start along with a multi.
