Question Irregular Heartbeat

I sat down last night on the couch kinda quick (plopped) and my heart fluttered and made me feel weird. I checked my BP and the display showed the irregular heartbeat symbol. I checked it again in 15 minutes and the symbol was gone and everything was fine. I checked it every 15 minutes up until bedtime and it never showed back up. Do I have a problem or is this normal? I think I am fine but it made me pretty anxious.
Thanks Bill

LC can be diuretic and the loss of electrolytes like magnesium and potassium can cause a variety of symptoms. Mag supps can help tremendously for everything from muscle cramps, fatigue, irregular heartbeat, insomnia, constipation, etc..

Here is a little info and if you look on the net you can find lots more....

Good luck!

I'd also supplement potassium. Try using a potassium gluconate or citrate powder rather than pills. The pills are often very large and only 99mg, you'll need about 5 of them to make a decent dose.

iherb.com has potassium powders of various sorts.

I am on a ace inhibitor so I don't think I can supplement potassium. But I will take my magnesium from now on I skipped it yesterday. Thanks, Bill
