Trying to understand my test

I've been on the net for an hour...my head is spinning. Does anyone understand Trigliceride levels etc? All I'm finding is adds for lipator, and frankly I'm tired of searching.

Here's my reading:
TC = 210 * I think this might be a bit on the high side?
HDL = 56
TRG =110
LDL =131
non-HDL = 153
TC/HDL = 3.7

Any website links or help in understanding these scores would be appreicated. Thanks!

Check the Cholesterol, Heart Disease forum. There's quite a lot of information there about triglycerides.

Thanks Kisal! Congrats on the quitting smoking. Have tried several times...never stuck. But I'm trying again Oct 17th!
