Cool Screening at Work

So my workplace put on a screening. I was kind of dissappointed. As I had just started Atkins again (after regaining all my weight from my spring diet - in which I lost 25lbs) .. I was hoping it would give me that "before snapshot" but it turns out I still need to go and get the full fasting diagnostic.

It sucks because up here in Canada I need to sit for 4 hours in a doctor's office so I can request the test .. go for the test .. then sit for 4 hours again so the doctor can go ever the testing results with me. Ugh.

I figure I'll dump the results of the screening here - and what I think... if anyone wants to shed some light on what numbers I should be worried / ignore on Atkins .. feel free.

Height: 180cm
Weight: 118.6 Kg
Age: 33yrs
Adbominal Girth: 127cm
Blood Glucose: 4.97 mmol/l
Cholesterol: 6.11 mg/dL
HDL: 0.79 mg/dL
Cholesterol Ratio: 7.8
Risk of having a heart attack in next 10 years: 1.1%
Go see a physician to followup: Yes

as for the lab test - I want to get the before snapshot .. its the only thing that I'm missing this time around. I started my induction on the 22nd (this past monday) .. so my Cholesterol levels I think are supposed to spike initially.
