I'm losing weight because I recently added more fat. I don't know what I was thinking before, but more fat is even going into my ground beef.

Same with me!!

When I ate no breakfast and didn't eat until the middle of the day is when I gained the most weight

Was that before low carb? I was wondering because I ate fish w/
rich cream sauce last night and I'm not hungry at all this morning. Is that bad to skip a meal if you're not hungry?

I think people are different. I'm not ever hungry early in the day. If I make myself eat breakfast, I end up being hungrier and eating more throughout the rest of the day. You could always try it and see what happens.
