I have been doing Atkins for the past year (sometimes perfect, other times not but at least it's been consistant .

Does PP have a website that describes the program, how it works, etc?

I am looking to see what the differences are between PP & Atkins and also to see why you would choose PP over Atkins.

I am not at goal yet, & I do lose with Atkins, so I am not even really sure why I want to look into PP, but I am curious.
