Did you ever stop to think, when you are looking down at the scale and it has only slid back 2 pounds.....hey, that's pretty darn good? I think we all get so caught up in the numbers game, we forget the progress we are making.

Let's play a game....try to visualize 2 pounds....
What is it equivalent to?

1. 2 16 oz cans of fruit cocktail (yes, high in carbs, I know)
2. A small kitten? (ok, wierd analogy, but 2 pounds, nonetheless)

ok...your turn, come on keep it going....don't leave me stranded here...

haha!
ok...how about #5- 8 quarter pound cheeseburgers (with a bun and EVERYTHING!) That should be 2 lbs right??? I think I did the math right.
