Smile An interesting treat....

So...in the South Beach cookbook, there is a 'recipe' for roasted chick peas. basically, just bake them about an hour at 350 degrees. I broiled them the last 2 minutes then put garlic salt on them.
I like them on salad as a crouton substitute. yummy!

Question, did you use the ones in the can, and did you drain off all the juice? I think hubby would like this idea of croutons.

I did used the ones in the can. Is that bad? I drained them as well. Yummy!
