After seeing a FaceBook friend lose 80 pounds in the last few months, I'm simply in awe of the low-carb lifestyle. I have about 90 pounds to lose so I asked her for help and she directed me here. I can't wait to read more and learn how to stick with this journey and I'm looking forward to meeting other like-minded people

Still at it and I hit the 20 pound mark today. Went and tried on some clothes to see if I could fit in some smaller sizes and I did --I am very happy and very motivated!
I'm still working at it steadily and I'm happy to say that I finally got below 180--a number I haven't seen in a long time on my scale. I've recently added walking/jogging to my exercise regime and have seen a boost in my weight loss as a result. It's amazing how much better I feel just being 30 pounds lighter. I can't wait until I reach my goal and see how good I feel then.

We have about the same to loose I believe, I started 4 days ago and though I'm having junk food withdraws, I love the food choices so far! We may be able to encourage each other on the besiege Nice meeting you!
