Default 3 days fell off the wagon

Well, I've had 3 bad days gang. Woke up the other morning and just felt bored to tears and didn't want to eat bacon and eggs, so I went to my art show fundraiser and had a muffin an cantaloupe, then for lunch had a cheeseburger with the bun and onion rings, supper was Wendy's baked potato and burger, very bad. Next day more muffins, chili for lunch and pizza for supper, 6 pieces. Yesterday, another muffin, lunch more chili, no buns with the chili though just the chili and supper was chinese food but asked for no sugar and no msg, ate an eggroll with plum sauce, almond gai ding and chicken chop suey, which is just veggies and chicken. So today started back on the plan, had 2 scrambled eggs made with blue cheese dressing, 3 slices of cdn back bacon, lunch was caesar salad no croutons and 2 chicken thighs, making a pot of beef stew for supper. Boredom is a terrible thing and I was getting really tired of eating the same old every day. But my scale has gone up 6 lbs, some of it's water retention and I'm feeling pretty sluggish but it will work it's way out as I know from previous times. I get tired of trying to figure out what to eat when I'm out at my art sales and alot of the cafeterias in the hospitals are not low carb friendly. So there's my story for this time. Hopefully I'm cured for another 5 months. I've done so well in being strict but weight loss is very slow and I just wanted a break.

DO you have any T I Fridays near you? THey have added ATkins items to their menu. Also O'Charley's has a salad called Black and Blu....it is slices of steak in a wonderful salad.
I bet it is hard................I purchased some NutriSystem dinners. I take those with me when I travel; they don't have to be in the refrigerator. Hate to tell you I have eaten them cold. THEY are great with small salad.

Don't beat yourself up Debb. It's ok to fall once in a while..at least that's what I think. Good luck with your weight loss.
