They are both very very high in carbs - you may be able to find a low carb version (like Keto brands), but the regular bean & rice dishes, nope, not allowed. I know you can be lc tortillas , so I'm sure there is a "mock" recipe lurking around somewhere.

Eventually you may be able to add an occasional amount when you have reached the Maintenance phase. But you should not have it on Induction or OWL.

No rice no beans! but I went out for Mexican last night and pigged out on steak fajitas! Also good, egg-dipped Chili Rellanos and chili verde.

Default LOVE CHILE RELLENOS!

The Chile Rellenos at the Mex. Restaurant that I go to (Mexico Restaurant in Mechanicsville, VA) are not battered at all and they're my all time favorite food.

They roast a poblano chile and stuff with cheese (my fav... they also stuff with gr. beef or chicken) stick under the broiler and then top with salsa de tomatillo... GOD THEY'RE GOOD!

OH, THANKS A LOT!... guess what I've GOT to have for dinner now!

Chili Rellenos are OK because:

The batter isn't flour based: You whip eggs whites into soft peaks then fold the yolks in. Mind you, you are supposed to lightly flour the stuffed chilis before you dip them, but I just include that small amount in my carb count.

MMM, I just had my leftover fajitas for lunch with some homemade guacamole!

Hey "The Most Irresponsible Guy In the World".

It might be time to take some responsibility and read the Atkins book. Otherwise you'll just be shooting in the dark and end up frustrated. And, you don't want that to happen.
