It's in the 'Quick Meals' forum, which might have thrown you off like it did me. I thought it would have been in 'Main Dishes.' Anyhoo, Crack Slaw

Here's the recipe I usually use:

She has many variations, but I've only tried the classic (which is delicious). I eliminate the sweetener and use a bit more vinegar, increase the amount of cabbage and ginger, usually use ground pork rather than ground beef. It's a great flexible recipe.
