ice cream ?

A couple of people have mentioned low-carb ice-cream ...

I've looked everywhere here in Melbourne, but haven't been able to find it ...

Safeway don't stock it - although there was one there that boasted a "low glycemic index" (whatever that is !!!)

Is this the one ?

I have tried Coles, but no luck there either .... maybe I should call Peter's and see who stocks it ?

Any ideas ?
