Default Anyone read her newest book?

Has anyone read her most recent book, "The Program"? I had emailed her at her web site venting my frustration with what type I was supposed to be from her Transitions II book. She responded with an email recommending this new book - stating it would all come together with the info offered in it. So - can anyone recommend it? Thanks!

Yes, I have read it (have all 3 of her books) and did find this one to be the easier one to understand. I do think that you will need to do a few tests (saliva) to truly know where you stand. I just did one for about $60 at my naturopath's office but you can do them online (I believe Dr Schwar. site has testing).
I know exactly how you feel though---it's hard to know what to do when you aren't sure exactly where you fit in with her plan

Thanks for the info. Yes - I know I should get tested but finding a doc or osteopath who offers this type of lab work it is difficult. Schwarzbein's site no longer offers testing - and it sounds as if it has been permanently discontinued. So . . . I like her way of regaining health but the tools just aren't available to figure out how to approach it. I guess I'll pick up the "Program" book and either end up more confused or have a few AHA moments and finally get it!

I just got her new book yesterday but haven't started reading it yet. I read the other two and concluded (sans testing) that I am insulin sensitive, healthy adrenals. I lost weight with this way of eating but never was able to give up coffee and wine so eventually slipped back into old eating habits and gained it all back. I've started again and am doing much better this time. I think because I decided to give up all stimulates (coffee, alcohol, sugar) BEFORE beginning the SP plan. I had a rough three weeks but am now on track and feeling better.

I seem to remember there are ways to test yourself for burned out adrenals but can't remember what they are. Sorry I'm not more help. Good luck!

Di
