Talking Long time no DIeT:read

Hi girls and guys,
Long time no chat. Boy have thigs changed around here. So, I reintroduction into me and my life. I stopped low carbing in August to take time to have a baby I was way to thin to get pregnant. 47 kilos. Couldn't get preggie the natural way needed hormones well here I am 2 months later 60 kilos and just had a miscarriage., And I say enough IS ENOUGH. Back to my old way of life. None of my cloths fit me. It's horrible. I understand that alot of it is hormonal water but.. So I am here to start induction again. Any tips from on going ttc and on medication also? Feel free to give me all your tips and menus. Or anyone else. I am really miserable now and want to get back to my old self.

Can't wait to meet you all. I hope this is not like other clubs Ive joined where no one speaks to you because they don't know you. How else do you make new friends?
warmth,
Kelly Ann

Hi there, I am sure you will find a lot of support at this club, it is definately not like some of the others I've visited.
Sorry to hear about the miscarriage, grief is a terrible thing, (I can say that because my only child, Michael, age 22 died last year).
You don't have all that much weight to lose, you are so lucky! I wish I had found this WOE much sooner, but I was doing the low fat high carb thing like all the "experts" advised, and wound up gaining 2 pounds a month, every month. So much for the "experts".

Smile hi Kelly Ann, welcome aboard

I'm sorry about your loss .. and hoping you will have a happy healthy birth in the future.

Lowcarbing may actually help with your chances to conceive. High insulin levels are known to interfere with ovulation and normal hormonal function.

You will find lots of friendly support and encouragement here. I'm looking forward to reading more posts from you!!

Hi, Kelly. I just wanted to say I'm sorry for your sad loss .... and welcome to the board. You'll find plenty of tips, hints, ideas, and recipes here .... take some time to surf around, this site is HUGE!

Best of luck with low-carbing. You don't have much to lose (if any), but low-carbing will certainly help take off that nasty water weight.

Keep us posted!
Rachel

So much for such a warm welcome.
