Default when traveling to a foreigh country.....

i am going to India next week, for 2 weeks. i am wondering what the best plan of attack is going to be for food choices.

i don't want to go all out (still recovering from that from christmas/thanksgiving), but at the same time i don't think (i could be wrong) that i will be able to stick to plan while i am there.

any ideas from the veteran PP-ers out there? how to keep it under control, when you can't stick perfictly to plan.

thanks!!

I don't see a big problem. I love Indian food. As long as you stay away from the breads and keep the rice to a minimum there are plenty of meat, fish and vegetable dishes to keep you going which are fine on low carb.

Cheers,

Malcolm
