I made this last night, followed the recipe exactly. Sorry, but I didn't like it at all - neither did my daughter (22 yo) I didn't EVEN attempt to feed it to my husband. The entire thing went down the disposal this morning..... I wish I had liked it, it smelled wonderful!

I made it using deli corned beef (no packets here) and the sour cream mixed in saurkraut. It was wonderful I though.

I just made this tonight and I thought it was delish! The rueben was always one of my favorite sandwiches, and this casserole really tasted like a reuben. It was easy to fix, and super filling. I'll have plenty for lunch tomorrow.

Thanks for posting this great recipe - it will be a regular on my dinner table.

I found there is also a huge difference in sauerkrauts. The kind I got origionally came in a glass jar and was marked organic, can't remember brand.

I picked up a few can's of Franks sour kraut and found it much stronger, more sour, and not nearly as sweet and nice as the stuff in the jar
