Default Karen ?

Hi Karen
I have a really good question for you. I make my own stevia syrups using kool-aid and extracts.
So can I cook raspberrys and water then strain all the fruit & make syrups with little or no carbs????

Thanks Ess

I don't see why not.

Have you ever made jelly? A jelly bag would come in handy for letting the fruit strain overnight to get all the flavour out of it.

Keep the syrup refrigerated though. Because of the fresh ingredients, it will go off.
