Black cod is one of my favourite fish!
My favourite way is to marinate it in light miso, sake, and a bit of Splenda then bake it. Or, soy sauce, sake and Splenda. Do it now, so the marinade has some time to penetrate. If you can wait till tomorrow to eat it, it will be much better.
For something today, soy, sake, ginger, green onion and steam it. Marination not required.
