Default Delicious Lunch Idea....

So, I have been craving pulled pork and coleslaw for a couple of days now (one of my faves during the Spring/Summer time) and then I finally just thought..."Why don't you make it?!"
So....
I used this recipe for the pulled pork...
http://www.kevinandamanda.com/recip...ned-savory.html

and this recipe for the coleslaw...
http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/my_favorite_coleslaw.html

You can make your own BBQ sauce or use any dressing you would like...I just put tiny bit of BBQ on the pork and then mixed it with the coleslaw for each bite. It was so very delicious!!!! Bonus-it will make a GREAT lunch for me to package up and take to work this week!

There's rather a lot of brown sugar in the pulled pork recipe, so I'm wondering what you used as a replacement?

Default Sugar free pulled pork recipe

I am trying this soon - thought I'd post it for you to consider trying

Citrus Pulled Pork

Of course, I won't be having it as a taco

Sorry to keep raining on your parade here, but isn't Splenda Brown Sugar half real sugar? I think you'd be better off just using straight Splenda, or other AS, with a wee bit of molasses to give the brown sugar flavour.
