Roast Beef and Cauliflower

Hi!!

I made some Roast beef in my oven the other day and Instead of putting Potatoes in with the roast in the last hour of cooking I cut a cauliflower into floweretes andput them in. It was great! I mashed them on my plate and put some butter on them and they tasted like the potatoes!
