and now i'm wondering where to go to buy coconut oil.

Does Superstore carry it? We also have an IGA and a Nutters. We're on a pretty tight budget, so we dont shop online.

Omega Nutrition's unrefined organic coconut oil is distributed from Vancouver, so you should be able to find it in a health food store, or a large supermarket with a health food section. My Superstore here doesn't carry it, but they do carry other Omega Nutrition products like flax oil, so I'm sure they could order it for you if you ask. I found it at a local natural food store, and paid $9.95 for a 454g jar. No tax or GST because it's considered food/grocery item, not a supplement.

Here is the info. from the Omega Nutrition website .. http://www.omeganutrition.com/produ...met-coconut.php .. They show $5.50 US per jar to order on-line, but that is a temporary special. Plus $6 US for shipping. Minimum order must be $36 US Definitely cheaper if you can get it at a local store.
