Happy Tuesday, everybody!

Just a quick driveby to see how everyone is doing! And saying hello to the new peeps on this thread!

Looks like everyone is doing very well! Huge Congrats on your continued successes!

School's going great, kiddos are so entertaining! Glad I don't have to take any of 'em home with me!

29 more days of school and I can call it DONE until the fall!

WOE/WOL is a non-issue. Exercising and eating habits (OMAD) are well established and I am totally committed 100% to this every.single.day b/c my good health depends on it!

Have a terrific Tuesday, everyone!

Thanks for the recipe Paulette. The only chicken soup I ever make is chicken noodle like my MIL used to make. Whole chicken, skin and all, very fatty and greasy. DH wants it, but it's not for me. Yours will be much more to my liking.

Hello Everyone! Once again there is no change in my weight. Exactly the same! Not even a bit up. How strange. This is not normally how it goes. Usually there is SOME flux...

Anyhoo, I have a bit of soup left, so that will be dinner. I am going to make a salad with ham and an HB egg for lunch.

Still trying to dig out here. Another 3" is expected today. Cripes. The petunia seeds I started weeks ago are blooming now, and the poor things can't go outside at all! I feel sorry for my poor 'lings.

You all have a great day!

Terrific Tuesday!

My DGD is spending the day with me, so will make this short.

We are still dealing with windy weather. It’s in the low 60’s today.

Paulette, I am not using tinypics because of what it did to my last computer. I have an app that resizes...so from there I can copy and paste to here? Is that what I do?

Have a great day all. I will be taking the little one to McDonalds today and have coffee while she eats and plays.

It has to be converted into a text link. I don't know how else to do it, as I have only used TinyPic. There have to be other sites out there that do the same thing. Sorry!

On a lighter note, I got a new shirt today! It will be one of my regulars this summer, no doubt!

You all have a great day!

Hello Everyone!

The scale is finally moving again. I am down .4lbs today.

Today I will be having steamed Pollock and asparagus for lunch. With parmesan cheese. Undecided for dinner. I may just do soup again. It is very convenient!

Tuna is on sale at Walgreens for 69¢! I will need to walk over there and get a few cans. If I do it today, then it is tuna salad for dinner.

Some day the snow will melt...

You all have a great day, and I hope everyone sees a loss (or stays the same!).

Hello All,

Gym day today & I felt the burn! I do feel better going, it’s just getting my butt there and then I’m fine.

I also did a bit of yard work, mostly pulling weeds, a little plant trimming.

This afternoon is date day so we are heading over to the Casino for senior day. There are benefits to being old and retired

Fun time with my 4 yr old DGD yesterday. I love ❤️ my one on one time with the grandkids. They are much sweeter and more cooperative by themselves!

Had eggs and coffee this morning. Having a salad most likely later today. Not sure yet.

Hey ladies! I'm still here on the wagon...don't know why I haven't checked in, just busy I guess. Things are going well. Still eating Atkins, had a week of TOM so losses stalled, but expect to drop some more pounds here pretty soon. Good to see everyone doing so well!! The weather is pretty warm here and hope to get out for some walking in the mornings soon. The sun is coming up pretty early now!!! Hope you are all having a good week

Hello Everyone!

No loss for me today. I am hoping to see something in a day or 2.

The sun is finally shining here and it is supposed to begetting warmer. I hope it rains so some of this snow can be pounded down.

Delaney - I hope you get lucky at the casino! I, too, am old (and wish to be retired). I ask for my senior citizen discount all the time. I even joined AARP to get more discounts!

Congrats Chrissie on the loss! You are doing great!

Food for thought - - Chicken soup for me today! Imagine that.

I didn't get to Walgreens for the sale tuna yet. Perhaps today?

You all have a great day!
