Default New breakfast item

Added a new breakfast item today...

Blue Bunny Lite85 yogurt w/ 1/4 cup Uncle Sams cereal for crunch. It's a great break in the routine!

This yogurt has no added sugar. It has 0 fat, 14 carb, and the sugars are about the same as 1% milk.

Tried it on Sunday without the cereal stir in to see what affect it would have on loss and cravings...so far so good...so I had it this morning and will look forward to weigh day on Friday.

On Sunday I had a black forest cherry. chocolate w/cherry that doesn't taste fake.

I've only found it at Walmart in my area.

Where are you getting the Uncle Sams cereal? I have never seen it before. I have been having the LC yogurt and a little of cereal in it would be great!

In my area we have King Soopers (Kroger), Safeway, and Walmart that all carry it.

Thanks, is it in the regular cereal isle? I looked in the healthfood section last time.
