Hey Andy!

The blood type diet is from D'Adamo's book, "Eat Right For Your Type." It can be found in any bookstore or nutrition center. His diet for type A is quite different. In fact, he says that type A is the most conducent to vegetarian eating...but doesn't have to be a vegetarian. I've lost 32 pounds as of today! I feel great. I'll never return to the old WOE.

Hi Captxray,

Thanks for the information. It's new to me, I will have to find out more...sounds like a library job.

It cracks me up to hear that my blood type is well suited to vegetarianism, as I do not eat them! Thinking of it in Stone Age terms, man would have plucked the odd few berries or pieces of fruit from bushes in season, as I do, and maybe the odd few leaves. But it was not until about 8,000 years ago that man settled down and deliberately cultivated crops and vegetables as the mainstay of his diet.

Still, I'll give this book a read, if it's available here in the UK. Always interested to see another complexion on things.

Andy
