Default A new Low Carb Diet by Dr. Perricone

Here's a link to an article in the New York Times Magazine about a new salmon-based diet some of you might find of interest:

http://www.nytimes.com/2005/02/06/m...RRICONE.html?th

It has a three day diet I may try not only for the low carb aspects, but because it's supposed to be great for your skin.(Or maybe the three day diet is on Perricones's site: http://www.drperricone.com/

Also, I'm going to Seattle for the Flower and Garden show and shall check out the Sephora store for their cosmetics.

I swear, since I've started low-carbing and taking Jamieson's Omega 3-6-9 capsules, my skin feels and looks better.

Cheers. Ruth

Ruth, how did you do? I did this three day diet this weekend and lost 4 lbs. I even had coffee in the am and a glass of wine with dinner 2 nights, but it's the fish and veggies. Even had some berries and apple with my cottage cheese, no cantaloup though cause I don't like it. Excited to continue on his longer range diet now!
