Default Stationary Bike/Treadmill

Day 2

Stationary Bike:
33 minutes and 30 seconds = 10 MILES

Treadmill:
42 minutes and 20 seconds = 3 miles
2 MILES JOGGING
1 MILE WALKING

The funny thing is when I started jogging, I really didn't want to do it, no motivation but once I got into it I was able to keep going. Funny how that works.

Today I felt alot better with the jogging. I thought I would add more crunches so hopefully I can rid of some of this fat on my stomach.

Didn't know if I was going to even make 1 mile jogging but I kept going. I kept thinking a toned body, a toned body is what I'm working this hard for.

Couldn't do my treadmill afterwards because I spent too much time looking for my dogs this morning. They got out of our backyard.

Jogging was a little more tough today since I skipped 3 days of it. I don't need to do that anymore but it was a great workout and I stuck to it and that's what counts.
