I like Walden Farms a lot, but I also have this in my files to try:
From Inky! <inky_pix~yahoo.co.uk> sent to Low Carb Living list

Low-carb BBQ sauce;
In a medium sized saucepan stir the following...
2 cans tomato paste
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 or 2 teaspoons cajun type spice mix
2 tablespoons apple-cider vinegar OR fresh lemon or lime juice
3 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Molasses
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/2 cup powdered Splenda
1/2 cup v-8 juice

Cook slow until it gets thickened a bit and cool to use or keep in fridge for about 2 weeks.

Cheers,
Caroline

I love Atkins BBQ sauce and it has zero carbs in it. I get mine at Save-on-foods, not sure if you guys have that store there.

I bought the new blue label at Supervalu/Real Canadian Superstore. If memory serves, it's 6gm per serving, so it's still fairly carby but much less so than regular sauce. I really liked it alot.
