cramps

someone please help me,,, i have tried the low carb diet once before.. after about my ffourth day i begin to get lower ab pains,, to horrible to explain.. has anyone else suffered with these ? is it normal ? what can i do to fix this problem ?? thank you , scottmann in va

Are these pains because you can't go? If that is what it is try sugar free Metamucil. That'll fix ya!
