We get them up here at pharmacies, Walmart probably carries them - anywhere you can get diabetic supplies.

Do they work? Well, I find they're good to pick your teeth with. Nice sharp cornes

I used one bottle and never bought them again. I still managed to lose weight. It's really an individual choice.

If you click here you will go to an article on Ketosis and the Sticks. For more of the same great information articles, click on the orange bar at the top of this page where it says "Low Carb Tips".

Good luck!!

If you're the kind of person that likes to obsess - like weighing yourself 10 times everyday - Ketostix are the perfect thing to obsess on!

You can worry about what time to pee on them or if they are dark enough. Then we'll tell you that you're not drinking enough water or that trace means you're in ketosis.

Never heard about them until I read Atkins, then I wished I had never heard about them. But, I do buy a bottle every now and again, just for the sheer entertainment value!

Thanks for the info.

I think I'll get some just for the fun of it.

Another question for you?

My mouth has started having a sweet taste to it . I was wondering if this was normal or from the l-glutimine I've been taking?

Nope! That's one of the side effects of ketosis, and you didn't even need the sticks to tell you that!

It is a taste you will come to cherish because when it's there, you're in fat burning mode.
