Olive and pecan spread
This is an old recipe that my mom used to make as little sandwiches for her bunco parties. She serve it on cocktail pumpernickle.......but I put it on celery.
1/2 cup pitted green olives. I use those broken up salad olives as they are cheaper and you are going to grind them up anyway.
1/2 cup toasted pecans
put into a food processor and let it rip until a paste is formed. spread on celery sticks or put a dolop on a cucumber round. Yum.
