Default No loss since induction and a gain

My H is not loosing wieght, he even has put on a couple of lbs.

He lost 13 lbs in induction.
He cheated a couple of times but got right on track.
He has not lost since the cheats, last one was last Saturday.

He eats no processed meat.
His bacon is sugar cured, but only has it a few times a week, and counts the carbs listed.
I make jerky for him to snack on.
He has his salad of drk greens and some more drk veggies at supper.

He drinks over 100 oz of water a day, and nothing else.
Has about 4 eggs a day.
uses butter in cooking.
gave up cheese, except for on burgers or grilled chicken, and it is less than an oz.
Uses real mayo and dressings.
No shakes, no low carb breads.

He has not been faithful in counting his carbs, but from what I can figure is he is not even hitting 20 a day unless he has brussel sprouts for dinner.

Should he go back on induction for a week or two, because of the cheat? Or should he add his 5 carbs?

Atkins says you can stay on induction levels longer than 2 weeks if you want to. I have stayed at or near induction level since I started, as I lose weight very slowly and I'm afraid adding more carbs will trigger carb cravings.
If he is comfortable with what he is eating, I would keep with it. If he really wants his additional 5 grams of carb, let him have it. A person has to feel good about this way of eating and not feel deprived for it to work.Feeling deprives sets of cheating, and a cheat usually takes days to recover from.

well he did loose and is actually half a pound down since induction. I told him that it was probably his cheats that were doing that to him, and he decided to try harder on the weekend.

I am so happy for him!
