As long as you're not too full after that meal, and you don't eat too full for the rest of the day, it shouldn't be a problem. I found that I could eat 2000 calories per day on highfat and moderate protein and still lose weight.

High fat ROCKS!

I can't believe I backed away from this. I'm back to doing it...with no counting, weighing or measuring foods and I LOVE IT. My body is hard and defined again, my bloated belly is gone. I've lost 3-4 pounds in 4 days. Down to 140-141, which is back to my lowest weight since I kinda lost control and started binging a lot 3 months ago.
