Exclamation I am beginning to speed up!

Anyone having a hard time losing needs to read this! PURE WATER! WATER! WATER!

I broke the 179 mark! I am now 179.5!

Oh my gosh I think I will cry!

I gave up alot of sodium and Sugar alcohols! Not all of them but I only have less than 2000 mg of sodium and about 50 (more or less) sugar alcohols a day!!!!

I drink 80 OZS of PURE WATER a day and I have lost 2 more pounds in three or four days! I find that if I make my water with crushed ice in the blender and use a straw then it is easier to drink more! Also, after being in the yard, luke warm water is easier for me to drink then the shock of very cold water.

Ocassionally when I am really sick of plain water I will add a little pure lemon juice and one pack splenda.

This is from a person who has had it rough...counting everything just to figure out MY body. Yes, it is harder and more complicated, but if you knew me you would know nothing is ever easy for me...so I kind of expected it!

IT has been worth it! Wait until my pics come back!

Everyone, when you step on that scale and see something you have been working so hard for, the counting will be worth it!

I am willing to try more water if it will speed up my weight loss. I have only lost 5 pounds since September. I keep bouncing around the same several pounds, up one day down the next. No lose at all on my "offical" weigh in day. I will have to start earlier in the day to get extra water in.

Is it okay to get your 64ozs of water a day from the lightly flavored water sold in the stores. I think the bottle I was looking at had 1 carb per 8 oz. And it is not near as sweet as the crystal light.

I can't loose except on pure water, but everbody is different. You might try some, see if you stall. If you don't add more to your total water intake. You'll find how much you can substitute. Good Luck!

I just bought the flavored 20 water. It says 0 carbs and is made with splenda. I think I will try it for awhile. I hardly ever drink water, so I think this will help me alot.

Default When you upped your water...did you gain at first?

I admit I have been terrible about drinking water until this week, when I resolved to drink water like I did when I first started this WOE.

I hit a new low weight on Monday morning before I started to drink properly again. But I've been up 2-3 lbs. the rest of the week.

It may be due to other factors -- and heaven knows that I gotten used to the ups and downs of my weight on this WOE. But I'd like to know if you have retained any water at first and then let it go as your body realizes it wil get the water it needs and doesn't have to hord it. Or did your weight go down a bit right away?
