Lesson learned.
This past weekend hubby and I went back to my hometown for a birthday party. I had made myself a game plan for staying on point with my WOE. It was very simple and their was no excuse for it not to work. It started with a taste and ended in 2 days of eating nothing but carby/sugary crap. I come home feeling physically wrecked to discover that TOM has made a visit. So now, not only is my body bloated from TOM but now my stomach feels upset from all the junk I've consumed.
As upset as I am I know I can't look back and let myself get caught up in my screw up. I need to acknowledge that I made a mistake and stay focused on getting right back on track. I haven't weighed myself and don't plan to until TOM is over. I'm just hoping I haven't set myself back too far.
