Default Anybody have a answer... Id love to know how much protein I need

I read that your protein intake at each meal should be as big as 2 decks of playing card's. Does anyone have a more specific number of protein needed at everymeal.
I am new to the atkins plan and still feeling my way through.
Thanks in advance and have a great day
