Default I have found something that works well for me!

This might sound a little crazy, but, here goes:
I have been doing low carb on and off for many years now and find it very hard just because of portion control mostly. I am not really a huge binge eater, I tend to overeat just a little every meal. I am also not a snacker, at night or any other time. I have also had a problem forever with never really feeling full from a meal. It takes my body a very long time normally to signal that I am overfull. I have also been taking vitamins in the form of horse pills for many years and they always make me feel overfull after my meal. Just recently (I know, I am a slow learner AND blonde) I started putting my vitamins out with my meal and stop in the middle of my meal and take my vitamins with a big glass of water. I can't believe how much less I am eating because after I take those vitamins I am so full I can't eat any more. TWA LA.......maybe I have found my answer to overeating! It is only the first week of trying this so I will keep you updated with my progress to see if I am able to lose weight with this method.

Thanks Daddio,
So you don't think it is crazy? lol
You don't look 220 in your pic, funny how some people don't gain weight in their face. My face balloons up like crazy. My license pic was taken when I was at my 206 and I look like I am 350 lbs.
