Question Another Grocery Run...

Hi everyone. I pray everyone is doing well...in every way.

I'm still doing great, no problems as of yet -- and not expecting any.

If all goes well, which I'm sure it will, I will be coming off 'Induction' as of bedtime on Thursday. Then, as you know, I'll be flying into the OWL Phase. I'll be going grocery shopping again on Thursday, also. I was wondering if you have any suggestions on 'must haves' or should haves' or 'nice to haves' that I should include on my shopping list?? I've been looking over the recipes, and I'm getting ideas from there, but is there anything else...other recipes, staples, etc. that I should have on hand?

Thanks for all the support you've been giving. I really appreciate it...so does my hubby. Have a super day...catch ya later.

Default try this

for a special treat I have been using sugar free fat free instant pudding and making it with half and half or cream. It makes it like mousse. and of course don't forget the whipping cream on top. Just remember your portion sizes and don't eat the whole thing. It's a challenge somedays. Good luck. K

Cool Thanks for the input...

Thanks, I'll give your ideas a shot. I'm glad to hear that the SF Pudding is okay, I was starting to wonder

I've been looking through and gathering recipes here and there. I'm trying to put together a LC Recipe Book of my own from the info I gather. That way I can take it in the kitchen and leave it, for whenever I need it. Lots of copy and pasting and such though...UGH!! Lots of the recipes I've gathered so far, sound great.

Have a nice night. God bless.

Default OWL

I'm on OWL too, Sugar-free jello is my must have , with whipping cream. I like the sweet taste and the jello is a cool treat which has somewhat of a cleansing affect after all the protein at a meal.

SAMT,
I'm putting together a recipe book, too, from the recipes I find here and on other LC sites. It's easier for me if I have things handy, than having to look online every time I want something new.

My husband bought me a 3-hole punch, so I can print out the recipes and store them in a binder. He's such a good spouse, he is.
