Hi Poofie,

I'm feeling very self-righteous with myself because I've been to the gym today. I haven't been for months. Hopefully this will be the start of regular attending again.

I'm actually replying to this at the gym. They have installed an internet cafe here since my last visit . I'm off home now for something to eat. How is your day going.

Default FYI

Baskin Robins has there nutritional information on their site and some of there regular ice creams have the same carb grams (between 27-31) as their sugar free.

Default Hi guys!

Paulie: I know exactly what you mean about exercise.
It just feels good..even beginning, knowing its in the right direction.. I am IMPRESSED that you are so organized you get to a gym..I would NEVER get mine done if I depended on that!! LOL

For the rest of you. I think I need to try this flaxOmeal cereal!
:-)

Poofie!

Hi Poofie

I do have some exercise videos to do at home, but we're doing some home improvements at present so there isn't any room for me to do them. That's my excuse anyway. We pay a monthly subscription for the gym, so if we don't go, we're just throwing the money away really. It gives you a bit of an incentive. I'm hoping to go Monday and Tuesday and then hopefully start and do some classes again. We fly to the Dominican Republic on Oct 8th, I need all the help I can get
