I wasn't on the computer yesterday so I had to wait till today to tell you all that I have lost 50 lbs.!
My highest weight was 235 but when I started LCing I was 231 (so that's my "real" start weight).
I don't know how accurate my scale is but my body fat % has gone from 54% to 47%. I don't really know what I want it to be but if it's ever in the 20's I'd be impressed.
When I started, my size 20W pants were getting too tight and the buttons were starting to pull on my size 2X fitted dress shirt. Now I can wear a size 16 (in the regular sizes instead of plus). The jeans are still a little tight (but not so much they look too crazy to wear in public).
I hope I can get down to 130 (which would actually be 51 lbs. away) but I guess I'll see how it is (and how I look) when I get there, and then decide if that's where I want to stop.

Holy cow, what a loss!!! that's such a big change in sizes, you probably have to shop a lot, too! Congrats to getting to the regular sizes. That's a big milestone right there just not having to find special stores to shop :0) Congratulations!
