Default Sticky Thread Requests

Can we get "Sticky" threads at the top of each diet section in the "Daily Low-Carb Support" forums? One for recommended books, websites, blogs, movies, etc. and then one for food lists. It would be helpful if each individual diet had a list for media and for foods since many of the diets vary and not everyone reads each section if it doesn't pertain to their WOE and one diet may allow one food, but not another. (Ex. the sticky under Atkins about induction foods is really good, but it isn't as helpful to people on higher rungs, or people who are following another LC plan.)

These are such common questions and it would be nice to be able look at these lists for inspiration when needed or point them out to people who need help and to add to them whenever we find some other new and wonderful book or food.

Hi Amanda, I have answered some of these questions in the other thread (where we were answering at the same time ).

We are happy to "stick" any thread we think is worthwhile, and in fact, many of our stickies were simply posts made by members who then asked for them to be stuck.

So you or other members are only too welcome to start threads such as you describe. Whether or not they will be stuck will be up to the admins and mods, but we usually look favourably on such useful threads.

Thanks, I'll try to start something. I replied to in the other thread.
