Default Herbs?

Hello. I have been taking lots of herbs and glandulars along with a raw vegan diet. But I've made the switch to a modified Atkins' diet - high fat - nearly keto. Does anyone know if I can still use these herbs? Or do I have to experiment and see how much of them knock me out of ketosis? Of course I was told they were designed to be used with fruit. Thanks for any advice you can give me. These herbs were very costly and I still have lots of them left.

Herbs shouldn't be an issue.

Thank you Nancy. I've been taking quite a few of them and am in Ketosis now so that's good.
